In opening A.O.K, founder Kelly Landesberg has created a space where everyone is welcome; a space which imbues style and elegance, with inclusivity at its core. Free from refined sugar and conscious to limit its dairy and gluten use, finally there is a restaurant that doesn’t just cope with dietary requirements, but freely offers them as the basis of their innovative, intimate and, most importantly, irresistible dining experience. Whether visiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, one thing’s for sure: everything is going to be A.O.K.
Greek culinary expert, Konstantinos Rampias, has been both Sous and Head Chef at various acclaimed and Michelin-starred restaurants on the central London scene and is now the Executive Chef leading the A.O.K team. “I grew up in a family that loved food and respected good produce – ever since I can remember, the kitchen has felt like home.” Undertaking numerous courses at London’s leading culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, fine-tuned his skills formed in Athens, but it’s Konstantinos’ experience that speaks for itself. His six years at One O One, The Park Tower’s fine dining restaurant, taught him everything that he knows – it was there, he professes, that he learnt how to cook. And well accustomed to looking after a brigade of chefs, his two previous roles as Head Chef at Momo and Club Gascon have left him well equipped for this challenge.
